Loose Gemstones & Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging and any accompanying documentation or certificates.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, custom, personalized, resized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Gemstone Variations
Natural gemstones are unique and may contain variations in color, inclusions, pattern, and other natural characteristics. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each stone and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Return Authorization
Please contact Tull’s Gem Co. before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
